通过对上片零件的分析 ,确定了成形工艺方案和模具结构 ,解决了在成形过程中的材料起皱。
Based on the analysis of the upper piece part,the forming process scheme and the die structure were determined.The problem occurring during the forming,such as the wrinkling,cracking and movement of the material was solved.
