摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定了司他夫定的含量及有关物质。采用 ODS柱 ,流动相为水 -甲醇 (34∶ 6 6 ) ,检测波长 2 6 6 nm。司他夫定与有关物质的分离度良好。线性范围为 8～ 6 0 0 μg/ m l(r=0 .9999)。但样品溶液不稳定 ,宜在 2 h内完成测定。
The RP-HPLC method for determination of stavudine and its related substances was presented. An ODS C_ 18 column was used with the mobile phase of water-methanol (34∶66) at the detection wavelength of 266 nm. Stavudine and its related substances were separated successfully. It had a good li- nearity over the concentration range of 8～600 μg/ml( r=0.9999 ). The stavudine in solution was unstable, and the test should be completed within 2 h.
