便携式光波长及强度测试仪原理的探讨

摘要 设计出一种便携式光波长及强度测试仪,测试仪以布拉方程为理论依据,以8751单片机为硬件核心,用超声光栅作为光偏转调制器,用CCD器件作为光接收及转换器,用单片机控制和采集分析数据,最后由液晶显示器显示结果,具有精度高、速度快等特点。 This paper designs a portable device used in measuring the wavelength and intensity of the light. By means of Blagger's equation regarding as theoretical foundation and by means of 8751 's single chip processor look on as hardware's core , the device uses the ultrasonic grating to modulate the light, uses CCD appliance to accept and transform the optical signal and electronic signal and uses the single chip computer as the controller. The last number is showed by LED. The high speed and accuracy is the characteristics of the device.
