摘要
该文分析洪灾损失评估方法,论述通过数据输入、数据处理、空间分析和数据输出建立洪灾损失评估的地理信息系统途径,河道及行洪区洪水仿真模拟的计算方法,提出洪灾损失评估的直接经济损失计算法和研究成果法,并以北江大堤为实例,验证该文提出的洪灾损失评估方法。
This paper analyzes the valuation method of flood disaster, discusses the access to establish the geography information system of flood disaster valuation by data input, data handle, space analysis and data output,and the calculation method of flood simulation to river and flood district, and then brings forward two methods of direct economic lose and research result.The method of flood disaster evaluation is verified by the case of north river grand levee.
