摘要
目的 :测定乌梅中齐墩果酸的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Shim—packCLS ODS ,流动相为甲醇—水—冰乙酸—三乙胺 (85∶15∶0 .0 4∶0 .0 2 ) ,流速 0 .8mL·min-1,检测波长为 2 0 4nm。结果 :齐墩果酸在 0 .886 4～4 .4 32 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 97.0 3% ,RSD =0 .2 5 % (n =5 )。结论 :含量测定方法快速、准确。适用于乌梅的含量测定。
Objective: To determine oleanolic acid in Fructus Mume. Methods: HPLC with Shim-pack CLC-ODS column was used. The mobile phase was composed of MeOH-H 2O-HOAc-TEA (85∶15∶0.04∶0.02). The flow rate was 0.8mL·min -1 and the detection wavelength was at 204nm. Results: It showed that a good linear relationship existed in the range of 0.8864～4.432μg of oleanolic acid. Its average recovery was 97.03%. RSD was 0.25% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion: This method is quick, accurate and can be used for the determination of oleanolic acid of Fructus Mume.
