摘要
目的 :选择交泰丸方药提取时药材的最佳组合方式。方法 :将方药组合成 2组 (AB和A +B) ,用半仿生提取法提取 ,提取液作小檗碱、肉桂酸、总生物碱、挥发油、干浸膏量的测定及甲醇精制液的薄层色谱、挥发油的气相色谱比较。结果 :5个指标成分的含量为 :A +B >AB ;2种组合提取液的薄层色谱无明显差异 ,但挥发油的气相色谱有差异。结论 :交泰丸方药成分提取时以黄连、肉桂分别提取为佳。
Objective:To optimize the extraction methods of combined ingredients of Jiaotai (Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Cimamomi) Pill. Methods: Dividing the ingredients into 2 groups (AB and A+B) and extracting by semi-bionic extraction (SBE), determining the berberine, cinnamic acid, total alkaloids, volatile oil and dried extract weight, and comparing the TLC of absolute methanol solution and the GC of volatile oil. Results: The contents of the five index components are: A+B>AB; and there is not obvious difference in the TLC of 2 kinds of extraction liquid, but there is difference in the GC of volatile oil in them. Conclusion: It is the best combination to extract Rhizoma Coptidis and Cortex Cinnamomi seperately.
