摘要
从脑的生成与结构,生理功能,病理特点三方面阐述中医对脑的认识。概述了“心主神明”,“脑主神明”与“心脑共主神明”三派的学术观点和论据。并对中医学的传统观点“心主神明”和近代提出的“心脑共主神明”观点提出质疑,认为“脑主神明”的观点更符合临床发展的需要,当务之急必须建立一个新的体系,确立“脑主神明”的理论。首先,必须对脑主神明的生理功能进行全面而系统的论述,其次,要对这些功能的物质基础加以阐述,最后,要确立治法方药,以冀求得真正的突破和发展。
This paper explicates the traditional Chinese medical recognition of brain from three respects including the becoming and structure of brain, physiological function of brain and pathological specialty of brain. In this paper, we review the academie viewpoints and the arguments of three theories. They are the Heart Dominating Mind Theory, the Brain Dominating Mind Theory and the Heart And Brain Dominating Mind Together Theory. The traditional viewpoints of TCM about the Heart Dominating Mind Theory and the Heart And Brain Dominating Mind Together Theory presented recently are quired. And we think that The Brain Dominating Mind Theory is more correspondent with the need of the clinical development. Now, it is imperative to establish a new system in order to confirm the viewpoint of the Brain Dominating Mind Theory. Firstly, we must debate the physiological function of brain dominating mind largely and systematic. Secondly, the physical basis of these functions should be explicated. Finally, the principle of treatment also should be established to make genuine process and development.
