摘要
目的 :探讨海捷亚对慢性心功能不全病人的疗效。方法 :11例慢性心功能不全患者每天用海捷亚 2 5～5 0mg共 2个月～ 2年 ,平均 9个月。用药前后做超声心动图检查比较用药前后临床症状及超声心动图指标。结果 :用药后患者心功能改善 ,复查超声心动图发现IVS从 0 98± 0 1降至 0 97± 0 15 (P <0 0 1) ;LVPW从 0 94± 0 11降至 0 93± 0 12 (P <0 0 5 ) ;EF从 4 6± 16～ 5 7± 14 (P <0 0 0 1) ;A/E从 1 1降至 0 6 ,轻度舒张功能不全恢复正常 1例 ,重度舒张功能不全逆转为中度舒张功能不全 1例。结论 :海捷亚可逆转心脏重塑和心功能不全 ;可长期用药 ,服用简单、安全、方便 。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Hyzaar on heart function in patients at high risk. Methods: After treatment with 25～50 mg hyzaar daily for two months to two years (On average of nine months), Repeated echocardiographas in 11 patients with chronic heart failure were compared. Results: The markers for cardiac remodling and function were compared after treatment, especially with Hyzaar. IVS decreased from 0.98±0.1 to 0.97±0.15 cm(P<0.01), LVPW from 0.94±0.11 to 0.93±0.12 cm(P<0.05), EF increased from 46±16 to 57±14(P<0.001),A/E decreased from 1.1 to 0.6. And mild diastolic cardiac dysfunction was recovered to normal in one case. In the other cases, severe diastolic cardiac dysfunction was reversed to the moderate. Conclusions: (1) Hyzaar can improve heart failure. (2) Hyzaar is safe, simple and convenient in long time use.
