摘要
目的 :对语前先天性聋儿童早期行耳蜗植入术的相关问题进行探讨 ,方法 :对 8例 5岁以下的先天性聋哑症儿行Combi4 0 + 型电子耳蜗植入术。结果 :全部患儿术后无并发症 ,术后 30天人工耳蜗开机调试 ,效果良好。结论 :对于小于 2岁的语前聋儿可列入耳蜗植入术候选对象 ,术前应行CT、MRI、MRI三维重建等影像学检查 。
Objective:Study the related questions about early cochlear implant on speech recognition and language development prelingually deafened infants. Methods:8 speech recognition and language development prelingually deafened infants have received cochlear implant in our department,with Combi40 + of Me-Del Company,Austria.Results:No syndrome reserved.Mapping cochlear in 30 days of after the surgery received satisfactory results.Conclusion:The author believes that speech recognition and language development prelingually deafened infants younger than 2 are applicable for cochlear implant.CT,MRI and MRI three-dimensional reconstruction imaging examinations are necessary before the surgery.However,promontory experiment is not necessary.
