摘要
目的 探讨超声内镜在诊断胆胰疾病中的价值。方法 采用Pentax公司的FG 3 6UX型上消化道线阵型超声内镜对 1999年 -2 0 0 2年经临床怀疑为胆系结石、胰腺炎及十二指肠乳头癌的 2 1名住院患者进行检查 ,并与腹部超声、CT的结果和手术结果进行对比分析。结果 2 1例病人中有 15例EUS检查符合手术结果 ,符合率为 71.4% ;而B超只有 6例符合 ,符合率仅有 2 8.5 % ;7例病人给予CT检查 ,符合手术结果者 5例 ,符合率为 5 7.1%。结论 超声内镜在诊断胆胰疾病中有较高的价值。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of EUS for the bile and pancreatic diseases.Methods EUS was performed in 21 in-patients between 1999-2002 who had clinic symptoms of bile-pancreatic diseases and were suspected to have biliary calculus,pancreatitis or papilla carcinoma.Results According to the surgical intervention,the rate of coincidence was 71.4% in EUS (15 cases in the 21 cases),57.1% in CT and only 28.5% in abdominal ultrasound.Conclusion EUS has a high clinical value in diagnosing the bile and pancreatic diseases.
