摘要
通过对IFP—Ⅰ连续催化重整装置的再生气空冷器腐蚀部位的外观、再生气的组成、设备焊接残余应力和热应力的分析,阐明了空冷器腐蚀的原因,并提出了相应的防护对策。
By means of analyses on the appearance of corrosion part for regeneration air cooler in IFP-I continuous catalytic reform unit, the composition of regeneration gas, welding residual stress of equipment and thermal stress, The reason of air cooler corrosion was mentioned. The corresponding protection was put forward.
