介绍了无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)0108的研究背景、结构表征、性能测试及加工应用。具有高分子量的PP-R 0108管材专用料已通过8 760 h长期热稳定性试验,适合生产冷、热水给水管及高低温暖气连接管等产品。
This paper introduced a grade of speciality random copolymer of propylene resin 0108, as well as its research background, structural characterization, performance test and processing technique. The speciality resin with high molecular weight already passed through the long-term (8 760 hr) thermal stability test and exhibited properties suitable for manufacturing cool and hot water pipes, and connecting pipes for heating-center of low and high temperatures.
