摘要
我国塑性粘土种类繁多,按矿物成分可分为高岭石质粘土、蒙脱石粘土、海泡石粘土、凹凸棒石粘土等。高岭石质塑性粘土可分为古生代沉积型高岭土,中生代沉积型高岭土,新生代沉积型高岭土和热液蚀变型含蒙脱石高岭土。本文阐述了这四种高岭石质塑性粘土的工艺性质、矿物成分、化学成分特征以及它们在陶瓷配方中的作用。
There are many species and types of plastic clay in China. According to their mineral compositions, they are divided into Kaolinitic clay, Montmorillonite clay, Sepiolite clay and Attapulgite clay. Plastic Kaolinitic clay may be subdivided into Paleozoic Sedimentary Kaolin, Mesozoic Sedimentary Kaolin, Cenozoic Sedimentary Kaolin and Hydrothermal Alteration Montmorillonite-containing Kaolin. This paper describes the features of technology, mineral compositions, chemical components of four plastic Kaolinitic clays, as well as their action on ceramic batch composition.
