摘要
本文用X射线荧光分析(XRF)法,测定合肥市353名健康儿童头发11种微量元素的含量,经统计学处理,发现男女儿童头发中Cu、Zn、Fe等含量差异无显著性,而Ni和Sr两者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01),提示儿童发中部分微量元素因性别而异。在1~10岁年龄组的儿童处在生长发育期,其微量元素含量无显著变化,不需分组对比。通过与成人及外地儿童比较,发现头发微量元素的含量与年龄、地区密切相关。
Eleven kinds of hair trace elements have been measured in 353 children in Hefei by XRF method. No significant differences could be found in amount of Cu, Zn, and Fe between boys and girls. But for Ni and Sr there were statistically significant differences (P<0.01). It showed that some of the hair trace elements are different by sex. There are no obvious changes, in the quantities of hair trace elements in the children at the age of 1~10.
It is unnecesary to divide the children of this age group to compare. Comparing with adults and children of other places, we found that the contents of hair trace elements are closely related to age and region.
