摘要
在浓硫酸存在下 ,苯类化合物与甲醛反应生成黄棕色二苯基甲烷聚合物 ,其浓度与显色程度成正比关系 ,以此进行比色测定。本法的最低检出限为 0 .4 6 1μg/ 5 m L ;当采样体积为 30 L时 ,最低检出浓度为 0 .0 15 m g/ m3。该法适用于室内环境空气的测定。与国家标准方法—气相色谱法进行对比 ,两种方法相关性很好 ,且具有连续测定、快速、经济、简便。
In presence of sulfuric acid,benzene hydrocarbon can react with formaldehyde to form diphenymethane polymer which content is in direct proportion to its color degree.So the content of benzene hydrocarbon can be determined using colorimetry.It is found that there is good correlative between this method and that of national standard test.This method can be used to determine the content of benzene hydrocarbon in indoor air.
