胶质细胞源性神经营养因子与癫痫 被引量:2

摘要 癫痫发作后 ,脑内胶质细胞源性神经营养因子 (GDNF)mRNA的表达及GDNF免疫反应性增强 ,GDNFmRNA的增加可能与海马结构和功能的重组有关。受体Ret与GFRα表达也增强 ,GDNF在癫痫后长时间存在 ,对癫痫发作后神经元的存活与再生有重要意义。并有证据显示GDNF有抗癫痫作用。
