DAP-kinase的研究进展

摘要 死亡相关蛋白激酶 (DAP kinase)是在功能性基因克隆中新发现的参与细胞凋亡的基因 ,其表达的蛋白是一种 160Kda的钙离子 /钙调素调节的丝氨酸 /苏氨酸激酶 ,它有一个多区结构 ,具有潜在的转录活性 ,参与细胞凋亡。
