摘要
以氰乙酸乙酯和正辛醇为原料 ,采用酯交换法合成了氰乙酸正辛酯。考察了原料配比、催化剂的种类及用量、反应时间等因素对产率的影响。分别研究了浓硫酸和钛酸四正丁酯两种催化剂对产率的影响 ;对反应结果进行定量分析 ,并由H1 NMR及IR确定了产物的结构。
By using ethyl cyanoacetate and n-octanol as raw materials, n-octyl cyanoacetate was synthesized through interesterification. The effect of reaction time, materials ratio, species and amount of catalyst on reaction yield were investigated. The different effect between tetra-n-butyl titanate and sulfuric acid was studied. The reaction results were quantitatively analyzed and the structure of synthesized product was determined by H 1NMR and IR. A proper technical condition for synthesis of octyl cyanoacetate was given.
