聚吡咯/蒙脱土复合材料的制备与性能 被引量:11

摘要 以水为介质 ,Fe Cl3为氧化剂 ,用化学氧化法制备了聚吡咯 /蒙脱土复合材料。研究了反应温度、反应时间、蒙脱土和氧化剂用量、掺杂剂种类及用量等因素对聚合反应的影响 ,确定了最佳反应条件。同时考察了材料的导电稳定性。结果表明 ,温度是此反应最主要的影响因素 ,0℃时制备的复合材料的电导率已达 5 0 .0 S/ cm。其导电稳定性也优于其它同类材料。 5 0 d内 ,低温产物电导率下降不到 10 %。 Polypyrrole/Montmorillonite (PPy/MMT) composites have been prepared by chemical polymerization of pyrrole with water as solvent in the present of FeCl 3. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, the amount of MMT, oxidizer and dopant on conductivity were investigated and the optimum reacting condition was obtained. At the same time the stability of electrical conductivity of the composites was studied. The results show that temperature is the main factor in this reaction. The conductivity of composites prepared in 0 ℃ has increased to 50 S/cm. The PPy/MMT composites have more excellent stability of electrical conductivity than other same kind materials. In 50 d, the conductivity of low temperature produces only decrease by 9.09%.
