摘要
研究了玻纤、玻璃微珠增强材料增强的硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料在静态压缩下泡孔结构的变化。实验结果表明 ,两种增强材料其压缩强度和模量都有不同程度的提高 ,但是其破坏方式则完全不同 :玻纤增强的泡沫塑料的破坏方式为泡孔的塌陷和纤维的脱粘 。
The changes of bubble structures of unreinforced ?glass fiber and hollow glass beads reinforced PU foam during compression were investigated. The compression breakage behavior of reinforced rigid high-density PU foam plastics was analysed using stress-strain curve and SEM. The results show that additions of both reinforcing materials improve the compression strength and compression modulus. But the breakage behaviors of the two reinforced differ a lot: the breakage of the former is due to the collapse of the cells and unglueing of the reinforcing glass fiber while that of the latter is due to breakage of the cells and/or the glass beads.
