摘要
在 PAN/ DMSO湿法纺丝体系中 ,改变水洗条件 ,得到含有不同 DMSO含量的聚丙烯腈原丝。通过光学显微镜、X射线衍射、DSC和 TG等分析测试手段 ,研究了残余溶剂二甲基亚砜 (DMSO)对 PAN纤维结构及热性能的影响。在纤维低温热处理过程中 ,原丝中痕量 DMSO的存在 ,可以改变纤维的截面形状、破坏纤维的晶态结构 。
PAN precursor containing of different amount of DMSO was obtained by altering water-washing technology in PAN/DMSO wet spinning. It was shown that the remains of DMSO had effect on the structure and thermol properties of PAN fiber, which were determined by optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer, differential scanning calorimeter and thermol gravity. In the process of low-heat-treatment, the trace remains of DMSO in PAN precursor can change the cross section of the fiber, damaging the crystalline structure, decreasing the heat stability of fiber.
