摘要
阐述四川南充达亨副食品商场“3.1”特大火灾的调查经过 ,运用逻辑规律和原因链法则的分析方法 ,剖析了火灾发生的相关因素和内在联系 ,真实客观地记录了调查认定这起火灾原因的全过程。
Briefly describes the fire investigation of the disastrous “3.1” fire occurred in Da Heng Food Shop of Nanchong city, Sichuan province. The method of logic and cause link law has been used to analyze the related factors and their inner relations of the fire occurrence. The article records the whole course of the fire cause identification.
