摘要
本文以中关村科技园区为例,分析了区位与高技术产业发展的关系。从中关村的发展史看,由于区位因素的影响,中关村以贸易起步并被锁定在贸易和商业导向这一路径上,这导致中关村不能成为像硅谷那样的以技术创新为导向的高科技园区,同时它也导致中关村和北京地区不能在高技术制造业方面建立自己的优势,其结果是,中关村的研发和人才优势难以有效发挥,损害了中关村的竞争优势。中关村的区位也使其面对不利的外部环境,损害了其创新能力。最后,本文分析了中关村模式对中国高技术产业发展的负面影响。
This paper takes the Zhongguancun Science Park as an example to analyze the relationship between location and high-tech industry development. Zhonguancun starts from trade and is locked to the trade and business-oriented path in history, which makes Zhangguancun can not become a high technology-oriented science park like Silicon Valley and which causes Zhongguancun and Bejing can not establish their advantage in the high-tech manufacture industry. As a result, it restricts the exertion of the research and human capital advantage. In addition, the location of Zhongguancun make it facing the adverse circumstance , which does harm to its innovation ability. In the end, this paper analyzes the negative impacts of Zhongguancun model to China' s development of the high-tech industry.
