摘要
研究了保证及保证成本,并分别用极大似然法和非参数估计,估计出产品寿命分布参数和更新函数。在此基础上,建立了可修产品和不可修产品在不可更新免费更换保证下的成本模型。最后,通过算例对模型的应用进行了说明。
This paper discusses warranty and warranty costs, estimates product life distribution parameters and the renewal functions respectively using the maximum likelihood method and non-parameter estimation. Then, unit cost models are established for both non-repairable and repairable items with nonrenewing free-replacement warranty( FRW) . Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the application of the models.
