高血压性心肌肥大大鼠心肌超微结构的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察高血压性心肌肥大大鼠心肌超微结构的变化。方法 将 2 1只大鼠分为高血压组和正常对照组 ,用八道生理记录仪记录血压和心率 ,用透射电子显微镜观察心肌的超微结构。结果 与对照组比较 ,高血压组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压和心系数较高。且高血压组存在心肌肌膜下水肿 ,T管、肌浆网和闰盘扩张 ,线粒体肿大。结论 腹主动脉缩窄大鼠心肌超微结构出现了病理性变化 ,主要表现为肌膜、T管、肌浆网。 Objective It is to investigate the change of ultramicrostructure in myocardium induced by hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy in rats. Methods 21 rats were divided into hypertension group and control group. Blood pressure and heart rate of them were recorded with 8 channel polygraph system. Ultramicrostructure of myocardium were observed under electron microscope. Results SBP, DBP, MAP and LVW/BW of hypertension group were higher than those of control group. Oedema under myocardium membrane, expanding of T tube, sarcoplasmic reticulum and intercalated disk, oedema in mitochondrion were found in the hypertension group. Conclusion The pathological changes of myocardium ultramicrostructure in abdominal aortic banding rat mainly displaying abnormality of myocardium membrane, T tube, sarcoplasmic reticulum, intercalated disk, mitochondrion and etc.
