钢中微量有害杂质元素砷的分析方法

摘要 试样以硝酸溶解后加高氯酸冒烟,冷却,在1N盐酸介质中,加入钼酸铵,As(V)与钼酸铵作用生成黄色砷钼杂多酸,被正丁醇—乙酸乙酯萃取,再加氯仿为增重剂使有机相比重增大,便于操作。然后用氯化亚锡的稀盐酸溶液将砷钼杂多酸反萃取入水相中,还原至砷钼蓝进行比色测定。 The samples are dissolved in nitricacid and kept on boiling in perchloric acid until furning, then cooled down, removed into 1 N hydrochloric acid medium. Arsenic associated with ammonium molybdate and formed a kind of yellow substance called multi-arsenic-molybdate acid, which can be extractioned by 1-butyric alcoho-ethylacetate, added trichlormethane as gain-weight-reagent, then antiextractioned by diluent hydrochloric acid-stannous chloride solution, dexidized to blue multi-arsenic-molybdate acid for analyzing.
