摘要
本文通过对带材的受力分析,导出了拉伸弯曲作用下带材的弯曲力矩、曲率及挠度计算公式,并通过对拉伸弯曲矫直与纯弯曲矫直两种方式下带材最大相对弯曲曲率的对比分析,进一步了解了拉伸弯曲矫直机的特性以及矫直辊压下量、拉伸张力、中心距三者之间的内在关系,从而为拉伸弯曲矫直机的优化设计提供了依据。
Through analyzing the forces acted on the strip,the paper dedves the formulae for calculating the bending moment,curvature and deflection of the strip under the action of tension and bending,and contrasts and analyzes the maximum relative curvatures of the tension and bending leveling and the simple bending leveling,so has a better understanding of the characteristics of tension and bending leveler and the inner relationship among the roll holding-down,tension force and center distance,thus providing a reference for optimi. zation designing of the tension and bending leveler.
