钨钼板热轧机与冷轧机的开发设计

摘要 本文简要介绍了陕西压延技术工程公司为株洲硬质合金集团有限公司开发设计的两台钨钼板材轧机(Φ610×800mm 二辊可逆热轧机和Φ190(130)/760×800mm 四辊可逆冷轧机)的主要技术参数、结构特点与控制水平。这两套轧机轧制力能参数要求严格,产品精度要求高,是目前国内板宽最大、控制最为先进的钨钼板材轧机,在国际上也属先进水平的高温、难变形硬质合金特种轧机。 The article briefly introduces the main technical parameters,construction features and electrical control levels of two tungsten and molybdenum plate mills (φ610×800mm two-high reversing hot rolling mill and φ190(130)/760×800mm cold rolling mill),which are being designed by Shaanxi Forging & Rolling Equipment Technical Engineering Co.for Zhuzhou Hard Alloy (Group) Co.,Ltd.These two sets of rolling mills are the widest plate,high temperature and difficult deform hard alloys special rolling mills,which are with strict rolling parameters and high precision of product demanded as well as most advanced in controls.They are advanced at home and abroad.
