摘要 在现有尺寸自动标注双层次策略的基础上 ,提出三层次的尺寸自动标注新策略 ,与尺寸功能相呼应 ,建立了面向新策略的功能语义尺寸模型。分析功能语义尺寸模型在尺寸自动标注中的定位 ,定义尺寸模型的总体层次结构 ,描述功能语义尺寸模型的定形功能语义层、定位功能语义层、加工功能语义层、装配功能语义层 4个层次。 On the basis of current two-level strategy of automatic dimensioning, a new three-level strategy is put forward. And a dimension model which is oriented to the new strategy and based on the functional semantics is advanced. Meanwhile, the role played by the dimension model in the process of automatic dimensioning is presented, and the whole structure of the dimension model is developed. At the same time, four levels of the dimension model which are shaping level, locating level, machining level, assembly level of functional semantics are defined in detail. The new dimension model provides a new solution for automatic dimensioning.
