摘要
流程建模的柔性是企业变化管理的重要因素 ,它不仅依赖于建模者的敏捷性 ,而且对建模工具和方法的柔性提出了要求。首先分析了柔性流程建模的含义和特点 ,然后讨论了在流程优化背景下流程的相对稳定和易变的性质 ,运用组件等技术分析了柔性建模体系的有关问题 。
Dynamics is an essential characteristic of modern organizations.In the circumstances,flexible modeling is vital to business change maagement.It depends on the combination of agility of modelers and the flexibility of modeling tools and methods.In this paper,the definition of flexible modeling and its features are first given.The relatively stable and unstable aspects of the business processes are then analyzed in depth to provide a foundation for flexible process modeling and some key problems of flexible modeling systems are discussed using component technology etc.In the end,the frame of flexible modeling is proposed.
