摘要
研究了防静电针织物中导电纤维的间隔距离与导电纤维的含量以及织物的抗静电性能的关系 ,通过计算机曲线模拟 ,求出变量之间的回归曲线方程 ,根据织物的允许电荷面密度计算出导电丝的理论间距和理论含量。
This paper studies the relationship between conductive fiber's content and interval in the fabric and the fabric's antistatic property. By curve imitation with computer, the curve regression equation among the variables is obtained. And in terms of the permit electricity density per unit area, work out that the conductive fiber's academic interval is 2.74cm and the academic content is 0.3056%. In the practical production,it can be amended according to the products' application.
