本文采用反相高效液相色谱法对中药贴剂中盐酸麻黄碱的血药浓度进行测定。 方法简便,易行,分离度较好,可作为测定盐酸麻黄碱血药浓度的测定方法。
Set up a method to determine the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride in blood drug after using Traditional Chinese Medicine plaster by a reverse - phase high performance liquid chromatographic method (RP-HPLC) . The method is a simple, available method to detect the concentration of ephedrine hydrochloride in blood drug.
