摘要
从红三叶草(Trifolium pratense L.)全草中分离得芒柄花素(Formononetin)。并通过薄层扫描法对红三叶草与白三叶草(Trifolium repens L.)全草进行了芒柄花素的含量测定。
This paper reported that isoflavones were extracted from a red clover(Trifolium pratense L.) and a crystal was obtained by purification. The crystal was identified as formononetin which was used as a standard sample to determine the content of formononetin in red and white clover(Trifolium repens L.)with thinlayer chromatography scan. It is hoped that this method could be spread in some other leguminous herbages.
