摘要
利用PRO E建立锻件及锻模的三维实体 ,并对造型实体的物理特性进行计算 ,利用VC的计算和逻辑推理功能完成锻造工艺和模具参数的优化 ,实现了从产品设计到锻模设计一体化。
In this article,PRO/E is used as a platform to desi gn 3-D solids of long-axis alike parts and their forging dies and to calculate mas s properties of the parts.The parameters of the dies and the forging process are optimized with the program of VC.Thereby,the integrate of the product design an d its die design is accomplished.
