摘要
系统采用线阵 CCD作为传感元件 ,对传感器的光路结构进行了改进。通过对信号的数字滤波和图像处理可获得焊缝中心位置 ,并使用“开环自学习 ,闭环纠误差”的轨迹控制算法 ,实现了对焊缝的实时跟踪。
The system was equipped with line matrix CCD as sensing unit and improved on light path structure of sensor.The middle position of weld seam will be gotten through digital wave-leached and image process of signal.Furthermore the time trace on weld seam will be realized by the trace control calculation method applied of 'self learn in open loop,correct tolerance in closed loop'.
