文章从设计思想、实现功能和解决措施三方面详细介绍了熔盐炉自控系统。综合了PLC技术、计算机技术、网络技术和冗余技术实现的系统 ,集智能控制和专家诊断于一体 ,可靠性高 ,可扩展性好 ,操作简单 ,维护方便 ,并可实现故障在线排除 ,满足了现代企业的生产和管理要求。
The automatic control system for the melting salt boiler is introduced. By the application of PLC, computer, network and the redundance technique, this system is integrated with the intelligence control and the expert analog, which has high reliability and expandability, and is easy to operate, maintenance, and also the online solving of the faults is realized. It satisfies the requests of the modern enterprise on production and management.
