摘要
通过对产品设计和满意度测量过程的分析 ,提出了开展满意度预测研究的重要性 ,认为产品满意度预测是新产品评价的重要手段 ,新产品开发成功的重要途径 。
The paper analyzes the process of satisfaction measuring and product design and discusses the importance of the study of predicting satisfaction. The idea is shown that product satisfaction index prediction is critic step of product evaluation and new product development. Then one of the models about customer satisfaction index prediction and error controlling is proposed.
