摘要
目的:建立反向高效液相色谱法测定金诃肝宝胶囊中獐牙菜苦苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Waters C18高效液相色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm);CH3CN-H2O-H3PO4(9∶91∶0.091)为流动相;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:254nm。结果:该方法的线性范围为0.102～0.110μg/mL(r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.23%。结论:此方法简便可靠、分离度好,结果准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of Swertiamarosidein Jinhe Ganbao capsule. Methods: The condition of RP-HPLC was Waters C18 column (4.6mm×150mm), mobilephase of acetonitrile-water-phosphric acid (9:91:0.091), with a flow rate of 1.0mL/minand UV detector at 254nm. Results: The method was linear at the range of 0.102～0.110μg/mL(r=0.9997,n=5) and the average recovery was 98.3%, RSD was 1.23%. Conclusion: The method was simple, accurateand reproducible, suitable for the quality control of the drug.
