摘要
目的 探讨家族性腺瘤性息肉病 (FAP)最佳手术方式。方法 总结 1980～ 2 0 0 0年各种手术治疗 65例FAP的临床资料。结果 其中 16例采用全大肠切除经肛门外直肠粘膜剥脱直肠肌鞘内回肠肛管吻合术 ,随访 5年 ,大便次数 3～ 5次 /日 ,肛门有控制功能 ,无息肉复发、癌变 ,体重增加 ,均能参加重体力劳动 ,无并发症。
Objective To investigate an ideal surgical treatment from the operation methods performed 65 cases of familial adenomatous polyposis.Method Clinical date and follow-up were recorded and analyzed in 65 cases of familial adenomatous polyposis underwent various operation methods from 1980 to 2000.Result With a following-up of 5 years,the date showed satisfied effects on bowel control and weight gained in 16 cases of patients underwent total colectomy and ileoanal anastomosis within proctomuscular sheath and without complication.Conclusion Total colectomy and ileoanal anastomosis within proctomuscular sheath is an ideal operation method for the surgical treatment of FAP.
