摘要
分别采用中国国家药品监督管理局标准和英国药典 (BP) 2 0 0 2年版方法测定盐酸西替利嗪的含量。通过分析和对比 ,BP收载的方法更为准确、可靠 ,且不用醋酸汞 。
Cetirizine hydrochloride was determined and compared by the method of State Drug Administration (SDA) and British Pharmacopoeia (BP) 2002. The results showed that the latter method was more accurate, credible and environmentally benign than the former one.
