摘要
废次烟叶浸膏经皂化、柱色谱分离和结晶 ,得到茄尼醇晶体 ,纯度 93.4 % ,总收率 5 8.8%。红外光谱和核磁共振图谱均与文献标准图谱相同。
Solanesol was isolated from discarded tobacco extracts via saponification, column chromatography, and followed by crystallization. The solanesol with 93.4% purity obtained in 58.8% yield.
