摘要
针对太原第一热电厂 11#炉水冷壁管泄漏事故 ,采用多种试验手段 ,分析了裂纹的宏观形貌和微观特征 ,结果表明泄漏裂纹是由于常温和高温氧化腐蚀再加热膨胀受到约束而产生交变的热约束应力 ,而导致的腐蚀疲劳损伤。
The paper gives a reasonable analysis of the leaked out water cooling wall tube on the No.11 boiler through the careful observation both on their macroscopic outer shape and microcosmic inner property in Taiyuan No.1 Thermal Power Plnat. It is concluded that the combined action by normal temperature and high temperature oxidization corrosion and repeated heat stress due to its expansion limited conduced to its corrosion fatigue failure.
