摘要
本文针对激光熔覆原位合成生物陶瓷涂层的试验过程 ,进行了相应的数值模拟。计算出激光熔覆合成羟基磷灰石等钙磷基生物陶瓷的三维温度场。
The geometrical and physical\|mathematic model of temperature field for the laser cladding bioceramic coating on TC4 have initially come up in accordance with the FEM theory and characteristics of laser processing and coating powders,The process of the three\|dimension heat\|transfer has been numerically simulated with Matlab.The results of numerical simulation show that it is beneficial to form the fine and gradient structure for bioceramic material on condition of laser cladding.
