摘要
论述了资产证券化的原理与机制,分析了我国城市基础设施采用资产证券化融资模式的可行性,提出了若干对策与建议。
This paper makes a research of the principle and mechanism of Asset Backed Securitization (ABS), analyses the feasibility of ABS of infrastructure in our country, and puts forward some related strategies and suggestions.
