对绿色食品生产过程中涉及到的原料产地环境质量、生产过程管理、食品添加剂使用、加工场所及生产工艺、原料收购和贮存及包装等环节的技术要求进行了综合论述 ,为绿色食品生产提供了较完整的技术参考。
The technological requirements for the environmental quality of raw material source, the control on processing, the use of food additives, the processing place and technology, the purchase and storage of raw materials and the packaging involved in the production of green food are totally reviewed with a view of supplying a relatively complete technological reference for the production of green food.
