摘要
目的观察椎弓根钉系统内固定加侧前方病灶清除治疗胸腰椎结核的疗效。方法 2 8例均采用椎弓根钉系统后路内固定加侧前方病灶清除植骨融合与脊髓减压术。结果随访 1～ 4年 ,结核全部治愈 ,植骨融合率 10 0 % ,纠正后凸角度平均 2 5° ,丢失角度平均 3.1。结论后路椎弓根系统内固定能有效矫正脊柱后凸畸形 ,稳定脊柱 ,促进植骨融合。
Objective To observe the therapeutic of effect internal fixation of pedicle screw and anteriolateral debridement on the thoracolumbar tuberculosis. Methods Internal fixation of the pedicle screw and anteriolateral debridement of decompression of spinal cord and fusion were performed in 28 cases. Results The patients were followed up for 1 4 years, with the tuberculosis cured, fusion rate of 100%, mean adjusted kyphosis deformity of 25 degree and mean loss angle of 3.1degree. Conclusion Internal fixation of the pedicle screw can effectively rectify kyphosis deformity, stabilize spinal and improve the rate of solid bony fusion.
