摘要
屠宰废水有机物浓度和色度较高,水质和水量波动较大。采用两相厌氧/好氧工艺处理该类废水。废水经过两道格栅去除颗粒悬浮物,然后经厌氧接触池、厌氧挡板反应器,再经SBR反应器去除有机物,最后过滤出水。在厌氧挡板反应池内安装弹性组合填料,并投加活化沸石作为载体,以提高反应器的处理效率。工程实际运行结果表明,吨水投资费用为0.35万元,运行成本为0.6元/m3。应用该工艺处理屠宰废水,易于操作,出水水质稳定,满足国家排放标准,处理效率高,是一种值得推广的方法。
Meat processing wastewater is characterized with high organic concentration, high chromaticity color, and inconstant quality and quantity. Two-phase anaerobic-aerobic process is introduced to treat this kind of wastewater. After flowing through the two grilles by which the particulate pollutant was removed, the wastewater went through anaerobic contact tank, anaerobic baffled reactor (ABR) in turn. After the organic was removed in SBR, the wastewater was filtered, then discharged. The combined elastic filler was fixed in the reactor into which the activated zeolite was put as supporter. The investment is 3 500 yuan per ton, and the treating cost is 0.6 yuan.The running result shows that applying this process to treat meat processing wastewater is useful, which has merits of good maneuverability, stable water quality, and high efficiency. It is a method which is worth to be populated in our country.
