探讨了软件质量评价在精确评定和控制软件质量中的意义，介绍了软件质量评价的相关标准，完整地描述了规范化的软件质量评价过程，提出了开发评价工具辅助评价人员实施软件质量评价的设想。
Firstly the significance of software quality evaluation on precisely assessing and controlling software quality is discussed . Secondly, the relevant standards about software quality evaluation are introduced. Then the normative process of software quality evaluation is described generally. Finally, the idea of developing an evaluation tool for evaluators to conduct software quality evaluation is put forward.
