摘要
以Z6110型柴油机缸盖为例,采用三维有限元建模对几个缸盖方案进行了结构强度对比分析,计算了气缸盖的温度场、综合应力场。其计算结果和试验结果基本吻合,为柴油机气缸盖结构设计改进提供了理论依据。
Taking Z6110 diesel engine cylinder head for example, a comparative three-D FEM analysis has been carried outfor the structural strength of some diesel engine cylinder head designs while the temperature field and integrative stress fieldof the cylinder head have been computated. It has been found that the calculated results basically coincided with test data,which has furnished the theoretic basis for modifying the design of diesel engine cylinder heads.
