摘要
分析知识产权的内涵与外延及其法律特性 ,探讨数字化浪潮下知识产权保护出现的新问题、新特点 ;提出文献工作者为了更好地保护知识产权 ,促进科技文化事业健康繁荣地发展应当采取的相应措施。
By giving the definition in concept and law for the ownership of intellectual product, this article discuss the problems and characteristic which appear in this new wave of digitalization, it gives the suggestions on which problems should be considered, and what proper measures should be taken, in order that achievements can be reached for better protection of the ownership of intellectual product and more healthy and prosperous development of technology and culture.
